In this year's BSUK annual awards, Chichester Falcons coach David Morris has been nominated for the Youth Coach of the Year. This acknowledges his continued dedication to the Youth aspect of the Falcons setup in Chichester as well as the Fastpitch tournaments organised.

Already in the Solent League Hall-of-Fame, David was the recipient of the Glover Cup in 2019 for outstanding long-term services to softball as administrator or organiser. Last year, the GB Fastpitch league, which David was a key component of, won the League Glover Cup. 

After entering the League in 2012, the Chichester Falcons become the first team to win all three divisions last season, when they broke the Itchen Knicks' streak to take home their first Solent Championship. Here's hoping David adds to his burgeoning trophy cabinet later this year.
